Role Description
This is a part-time remote role for a Freelance Recruiter at GrowthFn. The Freelance Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing and screening candidates, conducting interviews, and managing the recruitment process. They will also be responsible for building and maintaining a talent pool, coordinating with hiring managers, and providing regular updates on recruitment status.
Qualifications
- Experience in recruitment and talent acquisition
- Knowledge of various industries such as IT, Manufacturing, Telecom, Entertainment, Retail, Infrastructure, and Renewable Power
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong sourcing and screening abilities
- Ability to work independently and remotely
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively
- Experience using recruitment software and platforms
- Understanding of employment laws and regulations
