Social Media and Content Manager at Spowse

About the job
Spowse is looking for a highly motivated Social Media & Content Manager with an ambition to learn from others and develop deep expertise in our field of operation. In this role, you will be responsible for shooting image & video content, managing our social media accounts, being the voice and face of Spowse while working with the product marketer, and writing for our blog and newsletters. Your core missions will include:
Responsibilities
- Develop Spowse’s brand awareness within online communities (blog, newsletter, LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok)
- Collaborate closely with our creative team to illustrate your ideas and writing powerfully.
- Take part in the development of our brand & content strategy.
- Strengthen the cohesion of our community on social networks (animation and moderation)
- Evaluate and follow up on the impact of your marketing actions on our brand.
- Research and write blog articles demonstrating our online marketing thought leadership.
- Navigate our organization to learn from experts, craft stories about what we do, and showcase our expertise.
- Participate in tech events and customer training to grow your skills and represent Spowse.
Qualifications
- A bachelor’s degree in communication, PR, or digital marketing
- A playful and flexible writing style, a sharp sense of humour, and a passion for the craft
- A natural ability to talk in front of a camera, interact with others, and explain concepts to a community.
- An excellent understanding of social media codes and winning strategies
- Attention to detail, strategic and conceptual thinking, creativity, and storytelling instinct.
- The ability to work independently on multiple projects with deadlines.
- Excellent verbal and written English.
Bonus
- Experience working with Notion (optional, you are Notion Essentials Certified)
- Experience building and growing a community on TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, or LinkedIn
- Experience working in startups or high-paced environments
- Passion for digital marketing and have already explored this area in your studies/work
- Experience creating original content (articles, videos, stories, etc.)
