Sales Property Consultant!

Responsibilities

•Making sales by bringing in new clients onboard.

• Advice clients on the suitability and value of the property they are visiting.

• Act as the face of the company and offer exemplary customer service to all clients.

• Working in conjunction with the Sales Director to identify new sales opportunities.

• Establish and maintain excellent customer relationships by providing an efficient, reliable, friendly and courteous service to all customers.

• Maintain contact with clients in the market area to ensure high levels of client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Conversant with off plan property sales.

• Minimum 3 years experience in real estate sales within Nairobi.

• Ability to sell from own database.
