Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Life and GI Unit Manager at Britam in Muranga Branch. The Life and GI Unit Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the life and general insurance sales performance in a unit, managing training and marketing activities, developing and implementing sales strategies, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

  • Experience in life and general insurance operations
  • Demonstrated experience in managing a unit and especially in life insurance background.
  • Strong analytical and decision-making skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Leadership and team management skills
  • Bachelor’s degree in Insurance, Finance, Business Administration, or related field will be an added advantage.
  • Certificate of Proficiency (COP) is a Must.
