Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Life and GI Unit Manager at Britam in Muranga Branch. The Life and GI Unit Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the life and general insurance sales performance in a unit, managing training and marketing activities, developing and implementing sales strategies, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
Qualifications
- Experience in life and general insurance operations
- Demonstrated experience in managing a unit and especially in life insurance background.
- Strong analytical and decision-making skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Leadership and team management skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Insurance, Finance, Business Administration, or related field will be an added advantage.
- Certificate of Proficiency (COP) is a Must.
