The primary role of a Business Development Officer is to lookout for more DOOH/OOH and other relevant opportunities

to help expand and grow our business.

Specific Functions

  • In charge of the day-to-day inventory requirement of the Sales Team, which includes preparation and

submission of decks based on requirements.

  • Conducts ocular inspections in high traffic areas/vicinities and look for possible out-of-home media ad sites

and location for other creative executions (Fieldwork);

  • Sends proposal to site owners by giving them photograph and specs of proposed project and offer sheet;
  • Negotiates rental with site owners or other out of home media operators based on specifications of the

proposed project and marketability of the site;

  • Ensures rates from partners are all negotiated to maximum discounts.
  • Identifies new business opportunities for the Sales team to offer.
  • Handles preparation of media kit of OOH media project/s for the Sales group;
  • Provides fortnightly updates to the sales team on the status of the inventories at hand and new additional

inventories;

  • Build rapport with our existing and new Partners.
  • Accompanies sales group during ocular inspections with clients to provide better description of the

project/site;

  • Perform other necessary duties as per supervisor’s advice when deemed necessary
