EmergingMarketWatch, a company for economic and political high-frequency research, is looking for a locally-based Economic and Political Analyst to join our Sub-Saharan Africa team. The successful candidate must be proficient in English. Knowledge of any other of the local languages in the region (ex. Portuguese, French, etc.) is considered an advantage.

Responsibilities include daily monitoring of economic, fiscal, monetary and political developments in SSA countries and writing of analytical reports in English. The specific country/ies that will be covered as part of the job will be determined at a later stage. The job is remote and we offer both full-time and part-time opportunities.
