Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Technical Team Lead. The Technical Team Lead will be responsible for managing and leading a team, troubleshooting technical issues, overseeing software development projects, and project management. Some remote work is acceptable, but the role is primarily located in Nairobi County, Kenya.
Qualifications
- Team Management and Team Leadership skills
- Troubleshooting and Software Development skills
- Project Management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively and adapt to changing environments
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Experience in ERP systems, particularly Odoo, is a plus
