Position Overview: Maji Magic Aqua Park is looking for a creative and energetic Social Media Specialist to join our team! If you’re passionate about social media, love creating engaging content, and have a knack for growing online communities, this role is for you.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute social media marketing strategies that align with the overall sales and marketing goals of Maji Magic Aqua Park, to increase brand awareness and engagement.
- Manage and grow Maji Magic’s social media channels including TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and any other relevant platforms.
- Create, edit, and publish high-quality content such as photos, images, videos, reels, etc., to promote Maji Magic Aqua Park and its attractions across all platforms.
- Write and curate social media content that is engaging, informative, and relevant to Maji Magic Aqua Park’s target audience.
- Actively engage with customers on-site and on social media or customer feedback platforms to build Maji Magic Aqua Park’s image, encourage and monitor customer feedback and offer appropriate customer-centric response in a timely and professional manner.
- Collaborate with other departments to plan and execute social media campaigns, contests and promotions.
- Stay up-to-date with social media trends, algorithms, and best practices; and make recommendations for optimizing Maji Magic Aqua Park’s social media presence.
- Track and analyze social media metrics, including engagement, reach, impressions and conversion rates, and adjust strategies as necessary.
- Share weekly and monthly reports to management and team, as may be required to aid in business projections and decision making.
Qualifications
· Degree or Diploma in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Digital Media, Journalism, or a related field.
· Strong understanding of social media platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, X, etc.
· Experience in managing social media accounts for brands or businesses, social media marketing, content creation, or digital marketing.
· Content creation skills, including photography, videography, and editing.
· Excellent communication skills and creativity.
· Ability to work independently and adapt to trends.
· Strong writing skills for captions, blogs, and social media copy.
