Responsibilities:

1. Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets and expand market share in KENYA.

2. Identify and pursue business opportunities in the solar energy sector, including commercial, industrial, and residential markets.

3. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and key decision-makers.

4. Lead and motivate sales teams to drive performance and meet objectives.

5. Provide expertise and guidance on solar energy solutions, including system design, installation, and maintenance.

6. Stay updated on industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities to inform business strategies.

7. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution and customer satisfaction.

8. Prepare and present sales forecasts, reports, and presentations to management.

Requirements:

1. Proven track record of success in solar energy sales, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in a managerial role.

2. Strong understanding of solar energy technology, market dynamics, and regulatory requirements in KENYA.

3. Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.

4. Ability to travel frequently within the region.

5. Fluency in English
