Social Media Manager @ Superside

Superside is seeking a Senior Social Media Manager to elevate our brand’s presence and position us as the world’s leading AI-powered creative service. You’ll own the social media strategy across LinkedIn, Instagram, and other key platforms, crafting insight-driven content tailored for creative leaders, in-house teams, and agencies.

Success in this role requires deep industry knowledge—understanding the realities of in-house creative teams and marketers—while balancing AI-driven storytelling with engaging, thought-leadership-like content. You’ll lead social initiatives that go beyond vanity metrics, ensuring Superside’s social media presence is as strategic, relevant, and innovative as the brand itself.

What You’ll Do

  • Develop and implement innovative social media strategies for LinkedIn, Instagram, and YouTube Shorts.
  • Increase brand visibility and audience engagement across multiple platforms.
  • Ideate, plan, and execute highly shareable social content, with a strong emphasis on short-form video.
  • Kickstart an employee LinkedIn strategy, ghostwriting posts for key leaders.
  • Own the social content calendar and daily management for core channels.
  • Work closely with the content and creative team to drive strategy while executing independently when needed.
  • Stay ahead of social media trends and innovations, discovering opportunities to differentiate Superside.
  • Collaborate on larger marketing campaigns, aligning social tactics with business goals.
  • Monitor performance and engagement metrics, refining strategies based on data insights.

What You’ll Need To Succeed

  • 3+ years of experience in social media, with a track record of growing audiences and driving engagement.
  • Deep understanding of social trends, analytics, and engagement strategies—experience with tools like Sprout Social is a plus.
  • Proven ability to create engaging short-form videos, from scripting to editing.
  • Strong copywriting skills, demonstrated through a portfolio of LinkedIn posts, brand storytelling, and social content.
  • Strategic mindset, aligning content with business goals and reinforcing brand positioning.
  • Experience collaborating with creative and marketing teams to craft compelling narratives.
  • Industry experience in enterprise tech (B2B or B2C)—agency experience is a plus.
  • Proficiency in AI tools for social media, such as ChatGPT for copywriting and AI-powered scheduling tools.
  • Creative eye for design, with potential experience in design tools.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and time management skills.
  • Flawless English communication skills, both verbal and written.
