We are looking for a proactive, creative, and execution-driven Social Media Manager to grow our digital presence, manage campaigns, and tell the stories of the founders building with us.
Role Overview
The Social Media Manager will develop and execute content strategies across multiple platforms, manage social campaigns, engage our community, and oversee podcast rollouts. They will also capture and showcase the work of startups at Clutch Foundry, from product launches to founder milestones.
Key Responsibilities
• Plan and execute engaging social media campaigns across LinkedIn, Twitter (X), Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and Facebook.
• Create high-quality content using Canva, Photoshop, CapCut, and Premiere Pro.
• Manage content scheduling, community engagement, and brand storytelling.
• Capture and highlight startup events, product launches, and founder stories.
• Track performance metrics and optimize campaigns based on insights.
Qualifications
• 3+ years experience managing social media for brands or organizations.
• Proven ability to grow audiences and run successful digital campaigns.
• Strong skills in content creation, video editing, and storytelling.
• Experience with paid and organic social media strategies.
• Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and execute consistently.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
