Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as a Sales Specialist located in Nairobi , Kenya. As a Sales Specialist, your day-to-day tasks will involve communicating with customers, providing exceptional customer service, driving sales, conducting training, and managing sales activities. You will play a critical role in achieving our sales goals and maintaining strong relationships with our clients.

Qualifications

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proven experience in customer service and sales
  • Ability to conduct training sessions
  • Demonstrated sales management skills
  • Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities
  • Knowledge of the bitumen industry or petrochemicals is a plus
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet targets
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is preferred
