About the role:
As an SMB Sales Manager for TP-Link, your primary responsibility is to lead and manage the sales efforts targeting small and medium-sized businesses (SMBs) for TP-Link’s networking and connectivity products. Here’s an outline of the key responsibilities and qualifications for this role:
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Strategy: Develop and implement an effective sales strategy to drive revenue growth within the SMB sector. This includes setting clear sales targets and objectives.
Market Analysis: Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs within the SMB sector. Use this information to adjust strategies and product offerings.
Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of TP-Link’s networking and connectivity products, their features, and how they benefit SMBs. Train and educate your team on these products.
Customer Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with key SMB clients. Ensure their needs are met and address any concerns promptly.
Pipeline Management: Monitor the sales pipeline, track leads, opportunities, and deals. Implement effective sales processes to ensure the pipeline is managed efficiently.
Reporting: Provide regular reports to the higher management, including sales performance, market insights, and recommendations for improvement.
Sales Enablement: Collaborate with marketing and product teams to develop sales collateral, promotions, and campaigns that resonate with SMB customers.
