Job Responsibilities
- Monitoring assigned accounts/merchants’ performance and motivating them to reach targets by expanding the business in their assigned territories
- Collecting customer feedback and market research
- Distributor and Partner merchant management
- Cascades internally the benefit program of accounts or partnerships, if applicable
- Opens, develops and monitor new accounts in assigned territories.
- Maintain and develop support activities and systems to ascertain proper management of existing merchant partners.
Educational Attainment
- College Graduate of 4, 5 year-course, preferably: Business Management or any Medical Allied Course
Experience And Training
- 1 to 2 years experience in sales
- Experience in HMO / Insurance industry is an advantage
Skills Requirements
- Excellent communication skills, both oral and written. English and Filipino.
- Time management skills
- Good negotiation and Problem-solving skills
- Excellent presentation skills
