We specialize in coffee, tea, and horticulture, helping farmers meet global standards like EUDR and Global GAP while improving access to financial services through alternative credit scoring.
We are looking for a creative and data-driven Social Media & B2B Marketing Intern to help us enhance our digital presence and engagement with key stakeholders.
What You’ll Do
🔹 Social Media Management
- Develop and execute a social media strategy for LinkedIn and Facebook, focusing on engagement and educational content for farmers and agribusinesses.
- Improve AgriSense’s LinkedIn presence, including ghostwriting posts for the CEO to build thought leadership.
- Create visually appealing graphics and marketing materials using Canva, Adobe Photoshop, or Illustrator.
🔹 B2B Marketing & Lead Generation
- Conduct email outreach to key organizations like KTDA (Kenya Tea Development Agency) and other agribusiness stakeholders.
- Assist in identifying potential clients and partners, managing contacts, and supporting outreach campaigns.
- Track and analyze campaign performance using analytics tools (Google Analytics, LinkedIn Insights, etc.).
🔹 Content Creation & Strategy
- Research and produce educational social media content related to agricultural digitalization, compliance, and financial inclusion.
- Provide practical farming tips and insights to enhance engagement with farmers on Facebook.
- Optimize email marketing campaigns to improve open rates and audience engagement.
Who We’re Looking For
A passionate marketer with a strong interest in agritech, digital marketing, or B2B marketing.
Experience in social media management, particularly on LinkedIn and Facebook.
Strong graphic design skills (Canva, Adobe Photoshop, or Illustrator).
Knowledge of email marketing tools (Mailchimp, HubSpot) is a plus.
Ability to work independently, take initiative, and be proactive in suggesting strategies.
