Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role as a Quality Assurance Manager at Kitu Kali. The Quality Assurance Manager will be responsible for overseeing and implementing quality control processes to ensure the highest standards are met for all our products. This includes conducting inspections, analyzing data, identifying areas for improvement, and coordinating with production teams to resolve quality issues. The role will also involve leading a team of quality inspectors and collaborating with other departments to maintain consistent quality across all product lines.

- Strong knowledge and experience in quality assurance and quality control processes
- Attention to detail and ability to identify and analyze quality issues
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience in the fashion industry is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
