Product Manager (B2B, strategy, launch exp req’d) Responsibilities

• Lead development and design of waste processing system infrastructure

• Collaborate with engineers and experts to enhance product design for scalability

• Conduct in depth market analysis to tailor products to target market demands

• Define product vision and road map in the WASH sector

• Innovate waste-to-value infrastructure models

• Coordinate with key stakeholders for product feature prioritization

• Establish, monitor, and use product KPIs and data for optimization

• Act as a central hub for product knowledge

• Collaborate closely with Business Development and Operations team

Product Manager (B2B, strategy, launch exp req’d) Qualifications

• 4+ years of managing/developing large-scale commercial products for the public sector required

• 2+ years of building and leading a team of SMEs required

• Engineering degree or work experience required

• Experience in enhancing product design for scalability, collaborating with engineers, operators, and supply chain experts required

• Proficiency in market analysis and creating product roadmaps to meet market needs required

• Expertise in financial modeling, ROI analysis and budgeting to maximize profitability and mitigate risks in product development required.
