About the role:
As an operations process associate, you will play a crucial role in managing the agency’s internal operations. You will streamline projects, manage follow-ups, and ensure that everything runs smoothly. Experience in marketing agencies and a solid understanding of digital marketing software are essential. Fluency in English is required.
What you’ll be doing:
- Oversee the internal operations of the agency to ensure a smooth workflow.
- Streamline project processes and manage follow-ups to ensure timely completion.
- Utilize project management tools such as Asana, Zapier, and ClickUp for efficient project tracking and management.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and assist in repositioning strategies.
- Implement and manage time-tracking tools like Time Doctor to ensure productivity and efficiency.
- Coordinate with the team to ensure deliverables are met according to client expectations.
- Maintain a deep understanding of the company’s products and services.
- Educate and train team members on product features, usage, and troubleshooting steps.
- Record and maintain detailed and accurate project interactions and resolutions in the company’s CRM system.
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and product development teams to share insights and contribute to the improvement of products and services.
- Uphold a professional and positive attitude in all internal interactions.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Who are we looking for?
- Proficient in English with project management experience in a marketing agency.
- 3+ years of experience working in this field.
- High school diploma or equivalent (bachelor’s degree preferred).
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Ability to successfully manage multiple projects and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with CRM software and digital marketing tools (e.g., Asana, Zapier, ClickUp).
- Experience in KPI management and repositioning strategies.
- Experience with time-tracking tools like Time Doctor
