About this role:

Crystal Palace FC Women’s Team is seeking a highly organized operations executive to manage the teams match day and training operations in The Women’s Super League.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage all home operations for fixtures at Sutton United and Selhurst Park
  • Ensure logistics are effective and efficient, including travel and accommodation arrangements for away fixtures
  • Handle administrative tasks such as player registrations, and any other reasonable tasks requested by the Head of Women’s Football, Head Coach, and wider Women’s staff
  • Update and share the weekly Club schedule of activity to plan in with our training facility
  • Support the Head of Women’s Football, PLO, Marketing team and wider Women’s staff, in strategic planning of match day activities.
  • Co-ordinate (with colleagues such as Safeguarding, Commercial, Marketing & Coaching teams, PLO) the delivery of home match day activities (other than the game) that enhance the experience for all and encourage fan loyalty. g., organising:
  • Complementary tickets
  • Hospitality
  • Food
  • Marketing Events
  • Arrange and liaise with away teams and match delegates and officials for each first team fixture
  • Matchday administration including the use all FA and CPFC software and programmes including iFAS
  • Maintain efficiency of all football administration matters and ensure compliance of all governing body rules, regulations, and license requirements (i.e. Football Association, UEFA and FIFA).
  • Confirm home fixture admin, including kick off time, location, provide away team with required information, submit team sheets
  • Confirm match officials for home all fixtures
  • Work with the Head of Women’s Football to manage the team’s operational costs in accordance with the budget, including but not limited to; travel, kit and equipment
  • Work with the Head of Women’s Football and Finance department to ensure timely processing of payments and financial reporting of operational costs
  • Other duties and responsibilities as required by line manager.
  • Upholding and promoting the Club’s policies and procedures, including Health and Safety, Safeguarding and Equal Opportunities policies and procedures.

Experience, Skills and Qualifications:

Essential:

  • Experience of administrative or operational roles within a team environment
  • Experience of managing meetings, including agenda setting and recording decisions / actions
  • Experience and understanding of the importance of maintaining confidentiality and a professional standard
  • Strong IT skills (Typically MS Office)
  • Knowledge and understanding of the culture, professionalism and structure of women’s football
  • Excellent communications skills to present information clearly for the wider club
  • Strong organisational skills
  • Be able to demonstrate a strong work ethic, drive and enthusiasm.
  • Be a confident and proficient user of information technology
  • Must hold a full UK driving licence and eligible to drive company vehicles
  • Ability to travel with the team to all fixtures
  • DBS Clearance (acquired before starting the role)

Desirable:

  • Experienced in working in elite women’s sport
  • Experience working in a similar role in professional sport
