About the job

We are looking for someone with construction management skills not less than 6 years of experience in a Real estate or construction Company with acute communication skills. Knowledge of quantity surveying is an added advantage.

Level: Project Management or Construction Management Degree.

Roles:-

– Business development – construction tendering, quote and proposal preparation

– Client/Customer relationship management/ liaison

– Project documentation and reporting

– Project hand over process and defect liability management.

– Create good relation with customer from beginning to completion of projects

– Manage company customer base
