Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Administrative Manager in Nairobi County, Kenya.

As the ‘glue’ in the organization, the Manager will be responsible for:

  • ensuring a warm reception for guests and service providers
  • overseeing daily office operations, including facilities and IT teams
  • recruiting, onboarding and managing the whole life cycle of team members
  • coordinating events and meetings as well as local and international travel
  • creating and maintaining calendars, records and files, including for executives, and
  • developing and enforcing efficient, secure and compliant end-to-end company procedures.

Qualifications

  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
  • Proven experience in office and administrative management
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and office management software
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Strong leadership and team management abilities
  • Qualification in Business Administration or related field
  • HR Credential a plus
  • Cross-cultural sensitivity and mature professional judgement.
