Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Administrative Manager in Nairobi County, Kenya.
As the ‘glue’ in the organization, the Manager will be responsible for:
- ensuring a warm reception for guests and service providers
- overseeing daily office operations, including facilities and IT teams
- recruiting, onboarding and managing the whole life cycle of team members
- coordinating events and meetings as well as local and international travel
- creating and maintaining calendars, records and files, including for executives, and
- developing and enforcing efficient, secure and compliant end-to-end company procedures.
Qualifications
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Proven experience in office and administrative management
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and office management software
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
- Strong leadership and team management abilities
- Qualification in Business Administration or related field
- HR Credential a plus
- Cross-cultural sensitivity and mature professional judgement.
