How will you make an impact with us?

• Build the data capability for this new, exciting business from the ground up. As the day-one employee, you have the ability to own and shape the strategy for how data is used in our Sweeps division.
• Hands-on delivery of rich insights, a visualisation suite for the whole organisation with direct exposure to the General Manager and C-Suite.
• Use data analytics to track KPIs, player behavior, spending patterns, and overall trends. Use these insights to adjust strategies, achieve targets, and inform strategic decisions that optimize organisation-wide KPIs.
• Design and deliver data science models that predict revenue growth and player engagement in addition to models that focus on creating the best player experience through personalised recommendations for content matching, player networking, and offer optimisation.
• Continuously measure, evaluate and improve the data and analytics ecosystem to ensure that the strategies of key stakeholders in Marketing, Economy, Player Services, and Product Design are supported through data driven insight generation and modelling.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with Stakeholders across the organisation, work closely with other departments (marketing, product development) to align high-value data initiatives with overall company goals.
• Provide advisory services within the organisation around how data and analytics can be used to achieve goals.

This is the right job for you if you have:

• 6+ years of hands-on experience in building and maintaining data science solutions in production.
• 4+ years of proven track record of driving business results through use of data – tracking and analyzing team KPIs, player behavior, spending patterns, and trends.
• Autonomous solution building expertise, spanning the full end-to-end of a data solution (from infrastructure set up to data capture to engineering/modeling to data science experimentation and path to production).
• Being hands on and capable of managing expectations with regards to delivery needs and timelines.
• Excellent communication skills across all levels (technical and strategic).
