Role Description

This is a full-time remote role as a Customer Support Executive at HotelMoney. As a Customer Support Executive, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer support and ensuring customer satisfaction. This includes handling online support inquiries, providing technical support, and delivering exceptional customer service.
Qualifications

  • Customer Support, Customer Satisfaction, and Online Support experience
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Technical Support knowledge
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities
  • Ability to work independently and remotely
  • Prior experience in the hospitality industry is a plus
  • Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business, or related field
