What You Will Be Doing
- Network Management: Configure and maintain networking systems, including Cisco and F5 equipment, troubleshoot and resolve network issues, and implement robust security measures.
- Data Center Management: Maintain and manage data center equipment, coordinate with providers for hardware issues, and ensure the data center is organized and efficient.
- System Maintenance and Upgrades: Perform regular hardware maintenance, conduct firmware and OS updates, support software upgrades, and manage equipment moves, migrations, and recycling.
- Incident Management: Monitor systems using various tools, manage customer circuits and SDWAN appliances, and administer Windows and Linux systems to ensure quick and effective incident response.

Basic Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in network and data center management, routing configuration, and troubleshooting
- Proficiency in using Cisco network equipment and F5 load balancers
- Experience with hardware servers management and preventative maintenance practices
- Proficiency in Windows and Linux administration
- Experience with SDWAN appliances
- Knowledge of SIP and SBC basics
- Ability to support hardware maintenance, firmware, and OS updates

Working with Crossover
This is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover. The compensation level for this role is $50 USD/hour, which equates to $100,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly.
