Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for an IT Operations Manager at PayCare. The IT Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing IT operations, managing IT resources, providing technical support, and ensuring IT service management. They will also be involved in information technology management.
Qualifications
- 5+ years experience with PostgreSQL, Python, SQL in a fintech space
- IT Operations and IT Management skills
- Technical Support and IT Service Management skills
- Experience in Information Technology
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities
- Ability to work independently and remotely
- Relevant certifications in IT operations or management
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
