🔹 Client Engagement & Support Intern

• Engage with prospective and existing clients across social media, calls, and emails.
• Respond to inquiries, follow up on leads, and enhance customer satisfaction.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to support business growth.

🔹 Finance & Accounts Intern

• Assist in preparing customer invoices, receipts, contracts, and SLA agreements.
• Track cash flows, manage expenses, and support financial reporting.
• Ensure accurate documentation and financial record-keeping.

🔹 Sales & Marketing Intern

• Promote our 13+ software solutions across East Africa and generate leads.
• Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies to expand our customer base.
• Engage in sales calls, presentations, and relationship management.

🔹 Software Development Intern (Laravel & Full Stack)

• Work on backend and frontend development using Laravel and modern web technologies.
• Develop and manage databases, ensuring scalability, security, and efficiency.
• Collaborate with an experienced development team to build robust and industry-leading software solutions.
