Role Description

Retizen is seeking a motivated and versatile General Intern to join our team. Retizen empowers young people and women to become leaders and agents of positive change. 

This role offers valuable hands-on experience supporting a variety of projects and initiatives, providing a diverse skill development opportunity. 

What You’ll Do: 

Ø Project Support: Assist in various projects as assigned, which may include facilitating youth training forums,report writing, event planning, and logistical support. 

Ø Administrative Support: Provide general administrative support such as managing supplies, handling communications, maintaining files. 

Ø Communications Support: Assist with internal and external communications, which may include drafting social media content, website updates, and preparing marketing materials. 

Ø Monitoring & Evaluation (M&E) Support: Contribute to M&E activities, such as data collection, data entry and basic analysis, as needed. 

Ø Other Tasks: Assist with various office operations and projects as directed. 

What You’ll Bring: 

ü High school diploma or equivalent. Further education or relevant certifications are a plus. 

ü Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. 

ü Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.    

ü Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 

ü Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 

ü A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
