Human Resources Intern at Imara Mediplus Medical Centre
JOB SUMMARY
- To provide administrative support to the HR department, assisting with day-to-day HR tasks and projects contributing to the smooth operation of HR processes.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist in maintaining employee records and updating HR databases.
- Support the recruitment process, including posting job ads, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
- Help with the onboarding process for new employees, including preparing necessary documentation.
- Participate in organizing and executing employee engagement activities.
- Assist in preparing HR-related reports and presentations.
- Provide general administrative support, including answering queries and managing HR-related correspondence.
- Assist in updating staff on company policies and ensuring compliance with labor laws.
- Participate in HR projects as assigned by the HR Officer.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Diploma/Degree in Human Resource Management from a recognized institution
- 6 months attachment/internship experience
- Proven Computer proficiency
