Human Resources Intern at Imara Mediplus Medical Centre

JOB SUMMARY

  • To provide administrative support to the HR department, assisting with day-to-day HR tasks and projects contributing to the smooth operation of HR processes.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Assist in maintaining employee records and updating HR databases.
  • Support the recruitment process, including posting job ads, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
  • Help with the onboarding process for new employees, including preparing necessary documentation.
  • Participate in organizing and executing employee engagement activities.
  • Assist in preparing HR-related reports and presentations.
  • Provide general administrative support, including answering queries and managing HR-related correspondence.
  • Assist in updating staff on company policies and ensuring compliance with labor laws.
  • Participate in HR projects as assigned by the HR Officer.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Diploma/Degree in Human Resource Management from a recognized institution
  • 6 months attachment/internship experience
  • Proven Computer proficiency
