Job Title: HR Assistant
Location: Remote
Reports to: Head of Talent Acquisition
Job Summary:
The ideal candidate will support various HR functions, focusing on resume reviews, presentations, drafting job descriptions, assisting with performance reviews, and handling administrative tasks. This role presents an excellent opportunity for growth and development in the field of Human Resources.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct reviews of resumes to identify qualified candidates
- Review assessment results
- Assist in preparing and delivering presentations related to recruitment and HR initiatives
- Support the recruitment process by scheduling interviews, communicating with candidates, and maintaining databases
- Assist in drafting clear and inclusive job descriptions
- Assist with performance review processes, including scheduling, tracking, and providing administrative support as needed
- Handle administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings, preparing documents, and maintaining HR records
- Perform other tasks as assigned
Qualifications:
- Previous experience (including internships or relevant coursework) in HR, recruitment, or a related area is beneficial
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and prioritize workload effectively
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite, Google Workspace and familiarity with HR databases or applicant tracking systems
- Detail-oriented and analytical thinker, with a proactive and continuous learning mindset
