30k-48k USD + Bonus per annum
Qualifications
- 5+ years of proven experience as a Head of Talent, Director of Recruitming Operations, Recruitment/Talent operations Manager (inhouse & recruitment agency experience is preferred), or a similar role in talent acquisition.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in managing and interpreting KPIs.
- Experience managing a team is a must (teams of 3-5 people).
- Must have ‘client’ management experience (e.g., either internal hiring lead, or external client in any capacity).
- Must be familiar with talent acquisition, agency recruitment, hiring, recruitment technology (e.g., ATS platforms, Linkedin Recruiter, …).
