Position Summary:

The Head of Provider Partnerships at Livia Health is a strategic leadership role responsible for overseeing and managing relationships with medical service providers. This position plays a crucial role in ensuring the delivery of high- quality care and exceptional customer service to our valued clients. The Head of Provider Partnerships leads a team of professionals and collaborates with internal and external stakeholders to optimize provider partnerships, enhance medical outcomes, and drive customer satisfaction. Additionally, the role involves taking action against providers engaging in fraudulent activities, managing relations with insurance companies regarding medical service provider issues, marketing the Livia provider partnerships network, and developing a unique value proposition for provider partnerships.

Responsibilities:

Strategy Development and Partnership Management:

  • Develop and implement a strategic approach to engage and partner with providers, focusing on quality, capacity, and alignment with Livia Health’s objectives.
  • Establish and nurture strong relationships with key stakeholders in the

provider partnerships community.

  • Drive initiatives to expand the provider network, enhance service offerings, and differentiate Livia Health’s value proposition.
  • Overseeing chronic disease management program and ensuring business growth from the program.

Contracting, Negotiations, and Compliance:

  • Oversee the contracting process with provider partnerships, ensuring favorable terms and conditions that support high-quality care and customer service.
  • Lead negotiations to establish mutually beneficial agreements and maintain compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Take action against providers engaging in fraudulent activities, implementing robust measures to prevent and address fraud.

Relationship Management and Issue Resolution:

  • Foster collaborative relationships with medical service providers, serving as the primary point of contact and trusted partner.
  • Address and resolve issues raised by providers promptly and effectively, ensuring high levels of provider satisfaction and engagement.
  • Manage relations with insurance companies regarding provider partnerships

issues, facilitating effective communication and problem-solving.

Marketing and Value Proposition Development:

  • Market the Livia provider network to attract and retain top-tier providers.
  • Develop a unique value proposition for provider partnerships,

highlighting the benefits and competitive advantages of partnering with Livia Health.

  • Identify and leverage opportunities to enhance the value proposition, such as innovative technology solutions, streamlined processes, and

access to a large and diverse client base.

Quality Assurance and Continuous Improvement:

  • Conduct regular audits and quality checks to ensure partner providers meet and maintain high-quality care standards.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives, sharing best practices and promoting knowledge exchange.
  • Collect and analyze feedback from providers and clients to identify areas for improvement and implement appropriate action plans.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

  • Growth and expansion of the provider network
  • High levels of provider satisfaction and engagement
  • Positive medical outcomes for Livia clients
  • Timely resolution of provider-related issues and complaints
  • Successful actions taken against fraudulent providers
  • Effective management of provider contracts and negotiations
  • Strong collaboration with insurance companies

Key Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor degree in Nursing, Pharmacy, Dental, or Bachelor of Medicine and Surgery.
  • Proven experience in Provider Partnership, or similar leadership roles in hospital/medical insurance setting.
  • Excellent leadership and people management skills.
  • Strong negotiation, contract management, and problem-solving abilities.
  • In-depth knowledge of healthcare industry trends, regulations, and reimbursement models.
  • Exceptional communication, collaboration, and relationship-building skills.
  • Experience in managing relations with insurance companies is preferred.
  • Familiarity with marketing strategies and value proposition development.

Experience:

  • Minimum of 3 years of progressive experience in medical service provider relations, healthcare management, or related roles.
  • Experience of Management in Hospitals or Medical Insurance settings.
  • Track record of successfully establishing and nurturing provider partnerships.
  • Knowledge of quality assurance, compliance, and regulatory requirements in the healthcare industry.
