We are looking for a highly skilled Full-Stack Web Developer with strong expertise in React.js, Laravel, and MSSQL to join our development team. The ideal candidate should have experience in designing, developing, and maintaining scalable, high-performance web applications.

This role requires deep knowledge of modern front-end frameworks, backend API development, database management, DevOps practices, and version control systems.Key Responsibilities

• Front-End Development (React.js)
• Develop and maintain user-friendly web interfaces using React.js and related frameworks.
• Build reusable components and ensure seamless UI/UX implementation.
• Optimize web applications for performance, responsiveness, and scalability.
• Ensure cross-browser compatibility and mobile-first designs.
• Back-End Development (Laravel & API Development)
• Develop and maintain robust RESTful APIs and back-end services using Laravel.
• Implement authentication and authorization mechanisms such as JWT, OAuth, and API tokens.
• Design and optimize database schemas using MSSQL to ensure efficient data management.
• Integrate third-party services, APIs, and payment gateways.
• Database Management (MSSQL & MySQL)
• Write optimized SQL queries for data retrieval and reporting.
• Implement database indexing, performance tuning, and data security best practices.
• Version Control & CI/CD (GitHub)
• Use GitHub for source code management, branching strategies, and pull requests.
• Implement continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines for efficient software delivery.
• Security & Performance Optimization
• Ensure application security by implementing OWASP best practices.
• Perform unit testing, integration testing, and debugging to ensure software quality.
• Optimize front-end and back-end performance to reduce load times and improve scalability.
• Collaboration & Agile Development
• Work closely with UI/UX designers, product managers, and other developers.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies such as daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.

Required Skills & QualificationsTechnical Skills

✅ Front-End: React.js, Redux, JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, TailwindCSS, Bootstrap

✅ Back-End: Laravel (PHP 8+), Node.js (optional)

✅ Database Management: MSSQL, MySQL, PostgreSQL

✅ Version Control & DevOps: GitHub, Docker, CI/CD (GitHub Actions, Jenkins)

✅ Security & Authentication: JWT, OAuth, Role-Based Access Control (RBAC)

✅ Cloud & Hosting: AWS, Azure, DigitalOcean (Nice to Have)Soft Skills
