Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Front Desk Manager located in Nairobi County, Kenya. The Front Desk Manager will be responsible for customer satisfaction, customer service, receptionist duties, communication, and reservations.

  • Receptionist Duties and Communication skills
  • Experience in managing reservations
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and reservation software
  • Previous experience in a similar role is a plus
