About This Opportunity

Step into a transformative role as the Director of Operational Effectiveness (OE) and make a lasting impact on our organization. Reporting directly to the Managing Director of Operational Effectiveness, you’ll be instrumental in driving the successful adoption, training, and integration of Salesforce. Your leadership will optimize cross-functional workflows, ensuring seamless collaboration and efficiency. By managing key business compliance workstreams and implementing standard operating procedures, you’ll enable our organization to consistently meet the diverse needs of our partners and staff. Additionally, your expertise in developing cross-functional processes and facilitating internal change will be crucial in advancing our mission.   • Driving Salesforce integration and automation, managing vendor relationships, training staff, and overseeing feature adoption and strategic expansions?
  • Supporting capacity planning, forecast needs, and streamlining policies and processes?

  • Lead the charge in creating and implementing standard operating procedures (SOPs) for key operational and programmatic functions, ensuring consistency and efficiency across the board?
  • Take charge of the compliance workstream by managing state registrations and Certificates of Insurance (COIs) to ensure our organization meets all regulatory requirements seamlessly?

  • Extensive Expertise: Over 7 years of cumulative experience.
  • Salesforce Expertise: Deep technical and operational knowledge of Salesforce.
  • Process Improvement Pro: Skilled in process improvement and project management.
  • Strategic Leadership: Experience in leading workforce planning and time utilization projects within a complex organization.
  • Compliance Savvy: Hands-on experience with business compliance work, including federal grants, state registrations, and insurance.
  • Change Management Guru: Proven success in leading change efforts across diverse stakeholders.
  • Communication Expert: Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to tailor messaging to various audiences and facilitate connections across stakeholders.

Nice To Have

  • Salesforce Certification: Show your Salesforce expertise with a certification.
  • L&D Experience: Experience in Salesforce training and facilitation is a big plus.
  • Certifications: Project management (e.g., PMP) and process improvement (e.g., Lean Six Sigma) certifications will set you apart.

Travel Requirements

This is a remote position that requires up to 15% travel:

  • National travel for org retreats, programming, job related travel or professional development
  • Outside of the above mentioned travel, this person will work from a home office that must be located anywhere within the U.S.

Benefits

Compensation: The compensation range for this position is between $89,811, with a midpoint of $116,755, and a maximum of $143,698 annually. Candidates, either newly hired or new to the role, can typically expect a salary between the range minimum and the salary range midpoint depending on qualifications and internal equity.

Benefits: 100% paid medical, dental, and vision coverage for individual employees. Additional premium costs are covered 60% by Leading Educators for partners and dependents on medical, dental, and vision plans. 4% matching 401k plan, Flexible Spending Accounts for medical, childcare and commuter expenses, and an Employee Assistance Program (EAP). Benefits are valued at or above $9,000 for employees.

Time Off

  • First three years of employment, full time staff accrue 22 days a year.
  • Five additional days are accrued after the third and sixth year of employment.
  • Leading Educators also offer 16 additional paid days off for various holidays, including three floating holidays staff may use at their discretion.
