JOB TITLE: Director Of Impact.
LOCATION: Nairobi County, Kenya.
SALARY: 4.8m-8.4m KES per annum.
What we are looking for; We are seeking an Associate Director/Director of Impact to lead the development and execution of an impact strategy aimed at enhancing the effectiveness, scalability, and sustainability of their work through data-driven monitoring, evaluation, and learning efforts. This individual will implement systems and processes to make data more reliable and actionable. The role involves strategic planning, creative problem-solving, resource management, team leadership, and collaboration with stakeholders and partners to ensure accurate and effective data collection, and to communicate insights that inform decision-making.
NON-NEGOTIABLES;
- 6-10 years of relevant experience, with a strong background in impact measurement within a non-profit or social enterprise/ High impact organisations.
- Ability to synthesize and present complex data in a meaningful way.
- Demonstrated proficiency in both quantitative and qualitative research methodologies.
