Summary:
Skillmind Software Limited, a leading provider of cutting-edge HR solutions, is seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Digital Marketing Specialist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be a data-driven marketer with a passion for crafting and executing effective digital strategies. You will play a key role in driving brand awareness, lead generation, and customer acquisition across various online channels. This role demands a strong understanding of digital marketing principles, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively within a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
Strategy & Planning:
- Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Conduct in-depth market research, competitor analysis, and audience segmentation to identify opportunities and target audiences effectively.
- Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and establish measurement frameworks to track campaign performance and ROI.
- Manage and optimize digital marketing budgets across different channels.
Search Engine Optimization (SEO):
- Conduct keyword research, technical SEO audits, and on-page optimization to improve organic search rankings.
- Implement off-page SEO strategies, including link building and content promotion.
- Monitor website traffic, analyze search engine performance, and identify areas for improvement.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest SEO trends, algorithm updates, and best practices.
Search Engine Marketing (SEM):
- Develop and manage paid search campaigns on platforms like Google Ads and Bing Ads.
- Conduct keyword research, write compelling ad copy, and optimize campaigns for conversions and ROI.
- Implement A/B testing and other optimization techniques to improve campaign performance.
- Monitor campaign budgets and track key metrics, such as click-through rate (CTR), conversion rate, and cost per acquisition (CPA).
Social Media Marketing:
- Develop and execute social media strategies to increase brand visibility, engagement, and reach.
- Create and curate engaging content, manage social media communities, and respond to inquiries and comments.
- Run social media advertising campaigns, target specific audiences, and track campaign performance.
- Analyze social media data and provide insights to improve content strategy and engagement.
Email Marketing:
- Develop and execute email marketing campaigns to nurture leads, promote products/services, and drive customer retention.
- Create engaging email content, design visually appealing email templates, and manage email lists.
- Implement email automation and segmentation strategies to personalize communications and improve campaign effectiveness.
- Track email campaign performance, analyze open rates, click-through rates, and conversions, and identify areas for optimization.
Content Marketing:
- Collaborate with the content team to develop and execute content marketing strategies that align with SEO and business objectives.
- Create or oversee the creation of high-quality, SEO-friendly content, including blog posts, articles, infographics, and videos.
- Promote content across various digital channels and track its performance.
Analytics & Reporting:
- Use Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and other analytics tools to track website traffic, campaign performance, and user behavior.
- Analyze data, generate reports, and provide insights to inform marketing decisions and optimize campaigns.
- Develop dashboards and visualizations to communicate key metrics and insights to stakeholders.
Marketing Automation:
- Implement and manage marketing automation platforms to streamline marketing processes and improve efficiency.
- Develop automated workflows for lead nurturing, email marketing, and other marketing activities.
- Integrate marketing automation with other marketing tools and platforms.
Other Responsibilities:
- Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends, technologies, and best practices.
- Collaborate with other marketing team members and cross-functional teams.
- Manage relationships with external vendors and agencies.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience in digital marketing, preferably in a similar role.
- Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, social media marketing, email marketing, content marketing, and marketing automation.
- Proficiency in using digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Ads, social media management platforms, marketing automation platforms).
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong project management and organizational skills.
- Data-driven approach and a focus on results.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in a specific industry relevant to the company.
- Certifications in Google Ads, Google Analytics, HubSpot, or other digital marketing areas.
- Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce).
