About the job
1、 Participate in all relevant work related to product pre-sales and after-sales;
2、Proficient in the usage details of PVSTAR products, able to proficiently use and install PVSTAR off grid solar products, and able to output product videos and detailed descriptions of product usage.
3、Responsible for providing 2-3 months of guidance to newly installed households until customers can proficiently use PVSTAR products.
4、 Provide feedback to the company as quickly as possible on any issues encountered by customers during product use, promptly resolve any issues raised by customers, and lead the company in establishing a customer-centric work system.
5、Responsible for establishing a call center, answering customer calls in a timely manner, recording in detail any issues encountered by customers during the use of the product, and mobilizing relevant departments within the company to quickly resolve them.
6、Output satisfaction reports for installed customers in each region, and provide specific feedback on the origin of issues to the relevant regional leaders. Follow up on the progress of problem improvement until the problem is completely resolved.
7、 Regularly call customers with slow payments and assist the credit department in following up on their payment progress.
8、 Assist customers in coordinating with the after-sales department to ensure timely resolution of customer product after-sales issues.
9、 Assist the sales department in conducting regular phone calls to potential customers who have already installed and have not yet installed.
