Reporting to the Chapter Lead – M-PESA Performance, Strategy & Analytics the position holder will be responsible for Generation and aggregation of data and market led Insights for performance and planning of Financial Services solutions, customer growth, usage of M-PESA and customer experience to realize company strategy and mission objectives. The role works with SLT, Product owners, growth managers and business unit partners.
