Key Responsibilities
As the Clinician in Charge, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
- Leading the clinical team in delivering high standards of patient care.
- Mentoring and developing clinical staff to foster a culture of excellence.
- Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to design and implement quality improvement initiatives.
- Ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations and protocols.

Qualifications and Skills
Required Qualifications:
- Education: Medical Degree (MBChB) or an equivalent qualification from a recognized institution.
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years in a clinical role within a reputable healthcare facility.
- Licensing: Valid registration and practicing license with the Kenya Medical Practitioners and Dentists Council (KMPDC).
Preferred Qualifications:
- Additional certifications in healthcare management or clinical leadership are advantageous.
