Are you a hands-on, dependable individual with experience in property maintenance? We are looking for a Caretaker to manage the upkeep of a property in Nairobi.

Key Responsibilities:

✅ General property maintenance and minor repairs

✅ Ensuring security and cleanliness of the premises

✅ Coordinating with service providers for major repairs

✅ Monitoring and reporting any issues promptly

Ideal Candidate:

✔️ Previous experience in property care or maintenance

✔️ Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills

✔️ Ability to work independently and handle basic repairs

✔️ Trustworthy, proactive, and dependable
