BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT SPECIALIST
We are looking for an ambitious and energetic Business Development Specialist to support our clientele expansion efforts in the Kenyan market. The goal is to drive sustainable financial growth by forging strong relationships with clients.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Minimum 3 years experience in Agency, Technology or media sales
- Experience in bid management
- Experience writing high level technical and financial proposals
- Experience pitching for and winning international projects
- A serious hunger to win big
- Experience in corporate sales and business development
- Proficiency in CRM & related sales tools
- Tech-savvy
- Degree in business or related field
- Meticulous and strong attention to details
- Excellent working knowledge of Gsuite
- Fast learner with a strong passion for sales
- Proficient and meticulous fluency in English
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and so on
- Set up meetings with potential clients and deliver pitches
- Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services
- Create frequent reviews and reports with sales and financial data
- Developing a business development strategy focused on sales growth and customer satisfaction.
- Planning and overseeing new sales outreach initiatives.
- Researching organizations and individuals to find new opportunities.
- Increasing the value of current customers while attracting new ones.
- Finding and developing new markets and improving sales.
- Attending conferences, meetings, and industry events.
- Developing quotes and proposals for clients.
- Contribute to client business growth by identifying new opportunities
- Finding, closing, and maintaining relationships with the company partners.
- Work with marketing and products team closely, figure out a way to sell with new marketing breakthroughs or new products ideas
