Job Responsibilities

  • Accountable for managing new accounts (and existing accounts) under National Retailers Sales Channel
  • Responsible for the end-to-end sales process (from prospecting to after-sales management ) of accounts under the National Retailers Sales Channel
  • Responsible for the identification of business growth opportunities on the assigned sales channel
  • To negotiate and implement key programs that will address the financial objective of Maxicare
  • Working with internal teams to ensure customer requirements are understood and met.
  • Analyzing customer data to identify trends and develop strategies

Educational Attainment

  • College Graduate of 4, 5 year-course, preferably: Business Management or any Medical Allied course

Experience And Training

  • 4 to 6 years experience in sales
  • HMO, Insurance & FMCG experience is an advantage

Skills Requirement

  • Strong communication skills both oral and written
  • Relationship Building with the clients
  • Strong negotiation and presentation skills
