  • Boomplay Tanzania: Office No. 309, 3rd floor, Jangid Plazz, Ali Hassan Mwinyi Road, Dar Es Salaam, Tanzania
  • Boomplay Ghana: 210 Afunyah RD, Accra, Ghana
  • Boomplay Nigeria: working from home

Responsibilities:

  • Be responsible for digital ad sales, meet and strive to exceed sales quotas.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with advertisers, ad agencies, major partners in order to drive sales growth, and explore innovative channel business models to build long-term channel advantages.
  • Collect the market data according to HQ’s directions.
  • Planning, preparing and making presentations to Clients.
  • Researching, planning and implementing new target market initiatives.
  • Attend conferences, seminars and industry events where appropriate.
  • Carryout sales forecasts and analysis monthly, quarterly, and annually.
  • Monitor and analyses performance metrics and suggest improvements.
  • Analyzing customer feedback data to determine whether customers are satisfied with company products and services.
  • Analyzing financial data and developing effective strategies to reduce business costs and increase company profits.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

  • Sales Target: Achieve more than 60% the sales target set for every month.
  • Customers Acquisition: Monthly new customers acquisition should be achieved at least 2 new advertisers per month.
  • Training examination: attend the training on time and take part in examination of the training.
  • Attendance: Attend weekly meetings, trainings, submission of weekly reports, etc. on time.
