Key Responsibilities

As a Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for:

  • Client Sourcing and Management: Identifying, prospecting, and acquiring new clients to expand our business portfolio.
  • Media Strategy Development: Crafting innovative and tailored media communication plans that align with clients’ needs and organizational objectives.
  • Client Relationship Management: Building and nurturing long-term relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.
  • Market Analysis: Conducting market research to identify opportunities for growth and staying informed on industry trends.
  • Digital Media Monetization: Developing strategies to maximize revenue through digital media platforms.
  • Presentation Delivery: Preparing and delivering compelling presentations to showcase value propositions and solutions.
  • Performance Tracking: Monitoring and analyzing campaign outcomes to ensure targets are met and exceeded.

Qualifications and Skills

Required Qualifications

  • Experience: A minimum of 2 years in a communications business development role with a proven track record of success.
  • Expertise: Demonstrated expertise in digital media monetization and multimedia communication strategies.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Exceptional presentation and interpersonal communication skills to engage with clients effectively.

Preferred Skills

  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities.
  • Proficiency in using digital tools and platforms for media communication.
  • Team-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently when required.
  • Knowledge of the Kenyan media landscape is a plus.
