About the job
This is a full-time remote role for an Appointment Scheduler (Social Media DMs Outbound).
The Appointment Scheduler will be responsible for contacting potential customers to schedule meetings or appointments. The Appointment Scheduler will also make outbound calls and follow up with leads to ensure successful conversion. This role requires expert communication skills and the ability to build and maintain relationships with customers. The successful candidate will be an excellent communicator and have a customer-focused mindset.
Qualifications
- 1+ years of experience in customer service, sales, or related field
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding performance targets
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Experience with CRM systems and Microsoft Office applications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field is a plus
