Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Regulation Compliance Manager to develop, implement, and oversee compliance programs, ensuring alignment with legal and internal policies. This role requires a proactive approach to risk assessment, policy enforcement, and stakeholder engagement to maintain ethical and legal integrity within the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and oversee the company’s compliance framework, ensuring adherence to national and international regulatory requirements.
- Monitor and interpret legal and regulatory changes that may impact the organization.
- Implement and enforce internal policies and procedures to ensure compliance with industry best practices.
- Conduct risk assessments and develop strategies to mitigate potential regulatory breaches.
- Liaise with regulatory authorities and manage compliance reporting requirements.
- Provide training and guidance to employees on regulatory compliance and ethical practices.
- Investigate compliance issues, report findings, and recommend corrective actions.
- Collaborate with various departments to integrate compliance measures into daily business operations.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Law, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Professional certification in compliance (e.g., CCEP, CRCM) is an added advantage.
