Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Regulation Compliance Manager to develop, implement, and oversee compliance programs, ensuring alignment with legal and internal policies. This role requires a proactive approach to risk assessment, policy enforcement, and stakeholder engagement to maintain ethical and legal integrity within the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and oversee the company’s compliance framework, ensuring adherence to national and international regulatory requirements.
• Monitor and interpret legal and regulatory changes that may impact the organization.
• Implement and enforce internal policies and procedures to ensure compliance with industry best practices.
• Conduct risk assessments and develop strategies to mitigate potential regulatory breaches.
• Liaise with regulatory authorities and manage compliance reporting requirements.
• Provide training and guidance to employees on regulatory compliance and ethical practices.
• Investigate compliance issues, report findings, and recommend corrective actions.
• Collaborate with various departments to integrate compliance measures into daily business operations.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Law, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Professional certification in compliance (e.g., CCEP, CRCM) is an added advantage.
