UI/UX Designer
We create intuitive, high-end digital experiences that strengthen brand connections. As a UI/UX Designer, you’ll blend creativity and strategy to craft seamless interactions across websites, mobile apps, and digital platforms.
What You’ll Work On:
- Designing intuitive interfaces and user experiences for digital platforms.
- Developing design systems, UI kits, and style guides for visual consistency.
- Creating branding elements like logos, icons, and graphics.
- Conducting user research, usability testing, and data analysis to refine designs.
- Building wireframes, prototypes, and final designs in Figma.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with product teams, developers, and strategists to design engaging user experiences.
- Optimize navigation, accessibility, and interaction design for usability.
- Implement and maintain design systems across digital touchpoints.
- Utilize A/B testing, heatmaps, and analytics tools to inform design improvements.
- Ensure pixel-perfect execution that aligns with brand and technical requirements.
- Present design concepts and research findings to stakeholders.
- Stay up to date with UX/UI trends, tools, and best practices.
Requirements:
- 3+ years in UI/UX design, user research, or a related field.
- Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, and prototyping tools (Protopie, Axure, or InVision).
- Experience with usability testing, heuristic evaluation, and WCAG accessibility standards.
- Strong understanding of user-centered design, information architecture, and UX writing.
- Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for effective developer collaboration.
- Experience with analytics tools (Google Analytics, Hotjar, Mixpanel) to drive data-backed decisions.
- Experience in retail banking, hospitality, and FMCG brands is a plus.
