Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Salesperson located in Naivasha. The Salesperson will be responsible for generating sales leads, maintaining client relationships, conducting market research, and developing sales strategies. Daily tasks will include meeting with potential clients, promoting the resort’s services and amenities, providing excellent customer service, and handling inquiries and bookings efficiently. The role also involves collaborating with the marketing team to create promotional materials and campaigns.
Qualifications

  • Sales and Customer Service skills
  • Experience in market research and developing sales strategies
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Familiarity with the hospitality industry is a plus
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality Management, or a related field
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
