Senior Email Marketing Specialist @ Zeew

About Us: 

We are a fast-growing tech company with three innovative products: Zeew.eu, Stunning.so, and WhatTheAI.tech. We’re looking for a seasoned email marketing professional to join our team and help us scale our outbound email marketing efforts.

Responsibilities:

– Define and refine Ideal Customer Profiles (ICPs) for our products. 

– Set up and manage email infrastructure (domains, email addresses, deliverability). 

– Design and implement action-based email flows (e.g., re-engagement, milestone triggers). 

– Create and optimize email sequences for onboarding, activation, and retention. 

– Manage lead generation and segmentation strategies. 

– Monitor and analyze email performance metrics (open rates, CTR, conversions).  

Requirements: 

– 3+ years of experience in email marketing and marketing automation. 

– Proven track record of setting up email systems from scratch. 

– Expertise in tools like HubSpot, ActiveCampaign, or similar platforms. 

– Strong understanding of behavioral triggers and customer lifecycle management. 

– Excellent analytical skills and ability to optimize campaigns based on data. 

– Self-motivated and comfortable working in a fully remote environment. 

Bonus Skills: 

– Experience with SaaS or tech products. 

– Knowledge of A/B testing and email deliverability best practices. 

– Familiarity with CRM systems and lead scoring.
