Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Cleaning Operational Manager at Stonecarpet Power Wash Solutions in Nairobi County, Kenya. The Cleaning Operational Manager will oversee day-to-day cleaning operations, manage a team of cleaners, schedule cleaning tasks, ensure quality control, and handle client communications. Some work from home is acceptable in this role.
Qualifications
- Experience in managing cleaning operations and supervising teams
- Knowledge of different cleaning techniques and equipment
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Attention to detail and quality control
- Ability to work independently and in a team
- Knowledge of safety regulations and procedures
- 5+ years Previous experience in the cleaning industry
